Milton offers a wide range, from about $200,000 to $1 million, with land being the thing buyers mention most. Many homes sit on larger lots than a comparable home in Pace, and new communities give buyers newer floor plans at a lower price per square foot.

Milton High School is the school buyers usually ask about. Confirm the assigned schools for any specific address with the school district.
