I prepare and market your home with professional photos, drone, a walkthrough video and a staging consultation, send you weekly updates, and negotiate every offer to protect your interests. I have over 8 years in the business, I was a Top 3 producing agent at IXL Real Estate in the first half of 2026, and new construction is one of my specialties, with direct relationships with D.R. Horton, Adams Homes and Holiday Builders. Over those years I've built a strong local network and the negotiation skills my clients count on.

Outside of real estate, I'm a mom of three, and I stay active because fitness is how I recharge. Building relationships is the heart of what I do. I want every client to feel like family, and to say at the end, "Vivian took care of us."
