I'm Vivian Corwin, a bilingual Pensacola Realtor and Military Relocation Professional with IXL Real Estate Florida. I help military families, veterans and first-time buyers buy and sell across Pensacola, Pace, Milton, Gulf Breeze and Navarre, especially when the move date is fixed and can't change.

For home sellers, I'm a Certified Listing Expert, Pricing Strategy Advisor and Certified Real Estate Negotiator. I start with a comparative market analysis of recent nearby sales, then lay out three clear pricing plans, Plan A, Plan B and Plan C, so you choose the strategy. I prepare and market your home with professional photos, drone, a walkthrough video and a staging consultation, send you weekly updates, and negotiate every offer to protect your interests. If you're relocating, I plan your sale around your move date, whether you're selling in Pensacola, Pace or Milton.
I have over 8 years in the business, I was named the #2 overall producer at IXL Real Estate Florida for the first half of 2026, and new construction is one of my specialties, with direct relationships with D.R. Horton, Adams Homes and Holiday Builders. Over those years I've built a strong local network and the negotiation skills my clients count on.
Outside of real estate, I'm a mom of three, and I stay active because fitness is how I recharge. Building relationships is the heart of what I do. I want every client to feel like family, and to say at the end, "Vivian took care of us."

I’m not saying this out of sheer joy of buying our first home. I genuinely mean this. Vivian is tier 1 at what she does. She understands the lender side of things, VA requirements and guidelines, and really knows how to make an offer on a house. I am recommending her to anyone I know or come across in the area looking to buy.
