A typical price here is around $350,000, and the range is wide in both directions. Older homes often come with larger lots and a location closer to downtown, the water and NAS Pensacola. Newer homes usually mean newer roofs and systems, which can make insurance and VA approval easier.

Schools vary by address in Pensacola, so rather than going by area, I send buyers a school ratings site to look up each specific address they are considering. That keeps the decision in your hands and based on the home you are actually looking at.
