What this site collects
This website is run by Vivian Corwin, a Realtor with IXL Real Estate in Pensacola, Florida. When you fill out a form on this site, such as the contact form, a home value request or a guide request, it collects the information you type in: your first and last name, your email address, your phone number if you choose to give it, any message you write, and the answers to any extra questions that form asks.
If you give a phone number and check the box agreeing to receive text messages, the site records that you agreed, the exact consent wording you were shown, and the date and time.
Like most websites, the servers that run this site keep standard technical logs, such as the date and time of a visit and basic browser information. This site does not run advertising pixels or analytics trackers.
Who receives it
Your information is handled by a small number of service providers that work on my behalf:
- GoHighLevel, the customer relationship system where form submissions are stored and where I manage follow-up with you.
- Vercel, the company that hosts and runs this website.
Videos. Some pages show my videos from YouTube and Vimeo. Nothing from them loads until you press play. When you do, the video plays from YouTube (in its privacy-enhanced mode) or Vimeo (with do-not-track turned on), and that company may set cookies under its own privacy policy.
These providers process your information to provide their service to me, not for their own marketing. I do not sell your personal information to anyone.
If you become a client, your information may also be shared with the people needed to complete your transaction, such as lenders, title companies, closing attorneys, inspectors and the other party's agent, and only as needed for your purchase or sale.
How it is used
I use your information to answer your question, to follow up with you about buying or selling a home, and to send you real estate information by email or text message, such as market updates and homes that may interest you. You can stop these messages at any time, as described below.
I keep lead information for up to 7 years, unless you ask me to delete it sooner.
Calls and text messages
I only send text messages to a phone number when you have agreed to receive them, by checking the consent box on a form on this site or by giving consent another way. Agreeing to receive texts is not a condition of working with me or of buying or selling a home.
Message and data rates may apply, and message frequency varies. To stop text messages, reply STOP to any message. For help, reply HELP. To stop marketing emails, use the unsubscribe link in any email, or contact me directly.
Your choices
You can ask me at any time to tell you what information I have about you, to correct it, or to delete it. You can also ask me to stop contacting you. Contact me using the details below, and I will respond as soon as I can. Some information may need to be kept longer when the law or my brokerage requires it for a completed transaction.
This website is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 13. I do not knowingly collect information from children.
